A client in Lynwood is seeking a temporary HR Manager. This person will oversee all of the Company?s Human Resources functions. Serves as confidential administrator and advisor to the Company?s Executive management including CEO and all Department heads. Work assignments conducted under minimal supervision, may be complex in nature and contain sensitive information regarding employees, finances, customers, and strategic initiatives. Essential Functions: ? Direct Human Resource activities, encompassing HR disciplines of employee benefits, human resource management, compensation administration and employee education/communications. ? Primary administrator for payroll processing. Retrieve reports for Finance Accounting team, integrate wage garnishment, leaves of absence, performance management merit increase, bonus and employee benefits? premiums into payrolls. ? Manage Medical, Dental, leave of absence and programs such as COBRA, FMLA, 401k, Pregnancy Leave and other programs as appropriate. ? Manage new full-time process, prepare offer packages, arrange all candidates required to undergo background check, onboarding/orientation of new employees, set up benefit enrollment, ordering company cell phone if applicable or other equipment as necessary. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
